- Michael graduated with a B com (Hons) from Wits University in 1997.
- He was appointed as Managing Director for the WOW Group in January 2011.
- Previously Michael was the Business Development Director for the London School of Business and Finance’s Corporate Academy.
- Before that Michael was the Learning Solutions Manager for the LR Performance Agency
- Michael has 12 years’ experience implementing learning solutions for multinational corporate across Africa and EMEA.
- He spent 2 years working for OneClickHR plc in the UK
- He spent a further 3 years as OneClickHR plc’s Country Manager (South Africa)
- Michael has designed strategic learning blueprints for South Africa’s leading blue chip companies.
- Michael is passionate about establishing and sustaining high performance corporate cultures through experiential learning engagements.

Vanessa Fox

- Qualified CA(SA), finished her studies at Rand Afrikaans University in 1999
- Vanessa worked at Deloitte for a total of 4 1/2 years which included working in SA (3 years) & USA (1 1/2 years)
- After Deloitte she ventured into the investment banking sector where she spent two years in London working for ABN AMRO and a year gaining Financial Manager experience in a division of the Financial Times
- Vanessa joined WOW in 2007 as a Facilitator delivering technical, professional & business development skills training across SA.
- She is now the Operations Director at the WOW Group
Vanessa is passionate about developing potential in people, enterprises and her baby daughter.

Lorena Brits

- Qualified CA(SA), completed her studies at the University of Pretoria in 2002
- Lorena worked for 4 years at KPMG - she was an Audit Manager in the last year during which time she development invaluable experience in commerce & industry
- Lorena joined WOW in 2007 as a Facilitator and provides academic support at CTA level. The most notable project she is involved in is SAICA Thuthuka (where Lorena is the lead Client Services Manager)
- Lorena’s focus has been developing and facilitating material for Management Accounting for the past 2 years

Dia Karpathakis

- Qualified as a CA(SA) in December 2007 after completing articles at Deloitte in Johannesburg
- Thereafter she went on secondment to Deloitte Bermuda for 4 months and then London for 2 years
- She obtained commerce experience after working as a Group Financial Analyst for the Ricoh Europe Head Office in London
- Started working as a Facilitator for WOW at the beginning of November 2010 and is responsible for delivering technical & professional skills training to audit trainees

- Completed her M.Com studies in 2008 at the University of Johannesburg.
- Julene has worked in the higher education environment for over 10 years, either in administration, programme management, as a facilitator or as a course writer.
- She joined WOW in May 2011 as a Project Manager.

- She joined WOW in November 2011
- She is the training co-ordinator at WOW and is also part of the project office

Prenisha Govender

- Prenisha studied at the University of Kwazulu Natal where she obtained her BCom Accounting Degree
- She is currently furthering her accounting studies part-time
- Prenisha is the Financial Manager at WOW
Prenisha loves to watch movies and listen to music in her spare time and hopes to travel the world in the years to come.

- Zoe has over 5 years experience in the restaurant/catering & retail fields
- She joined WOW in June 2009 as our Office Assistant
Zoe is passionate about making a difference in other peoples' lives and is interested in studying further to obtain a Diploma in Business Administration.
