Our approach to learning & development for schooling has started with our social development initiative to transfrom a previously disadvantaged school into a highly performing school.
High Performing Schools Initiative
In October 2008, we made contact with an NGO, Kairos Projects, which has a vision “to impact communities & nations through transformational leadership”. It was imediately evident that we could unite our visions and tackle the huge project of developing high performing schools in South Africa, one school at a time.

The Goal
To start transforming disfunctional schools into high performing schools! (Currently, 25 000 of the 30 000 registered schools in South Africa are classified as “disfunctional”)
The Aim
To create a 'high performing school' framework, the success of which lies in the involvment of both local community & organisations, and which can be replicated across the country
The Start
To run a pilot project in partnership with a school in Diepsloot in order to create a model for success
